Trip Cost:

Pricing is on a case-by-case basis. Please submit an inquiry by clicking on the “Trip Quote” tab. We offer a free 30-minute consultation to gather information and answer any questions the traveler may have. This is helpful as it reduces miscommunication. It also allows us to capture pertinent information so we could provide quality travel service. It also makes our communication more personal, because we know the value of speaking to a live person when so much attention to detail is needed. Further communications can be done either via email or phone.

Deposit:

At this time, a deposit is not required at the time of booking. However, we will require a method of payment (ATM debit or credit card) to keep on file as we make travel arrangements, reserve car rental and lodging, and book tours and activities. We will email the traveler in advance asking permission to process payment of any part of the booking.

Cancellation:

Once we have completed a reservation and payment has been processed by the service provider, cancellation terms and conditions will take effect as specified by the service provider. We will inform the traveler of those terms and conditions. It is the traveler’s responsibility to inform us, with sufficient notice, should the traveler wish to cancel and obtain a refund from the service provider. We will not be responsible for any late notifications, on the traveler’s part, that will cause the traveler to forfeit any monies already paid to the service provider.

Refund:

Our services are charged by the hour, and we do not require a deposit. We will keep the traveler updated of any delays or changes, as well as any reservation or booking. At any time that the traveler wishes to cancel our services and should the traveler default on any of our terms and conditions, there will be no refund for services already rendered. Refunds for airfares, cruises, lodging, car rentals, tours, and activities will be at the discretion of the service provider.

Passport:

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passport is current.

Visa:

We will submit all the necessary documentation to obtain a visa, should one be required, on the traveler’s behalf.

Travel Insurance:

In today’s world and given the nature of the pandemic that is still lingering, we highly suggest that international travelers purchase travel insurance. We will provide the traveler with a list of options. While the traveler is not required to obtain travel insurance, it is our suggestion and entirely at the traveler’s discretion.
